These terms apply to work carried out by Linehan Mechanical and Electrical Ltd (company no. 09344264).

## Quotes
All quotes are free. Small jobs are usually quoted from photos; larger jobs need a site visit.

## Call-outs
Small call-outs are £120, including the first hour, then £50 per hour.

## Payment

- Payment is due 14 days from completion.
- Larger jobs require a 10% deposit.
## Guarantee
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Equipment carries the manufacturer's own warranty, which varies by product.

## Insurance
We hold £10m public liability and £10m employers' liability insurance.
